Great piece Zat — thank you! I regard happiness as a fleeting state. To hold on to it is like trying to hold water in your hands. Perhaps it would be best to ‘appreciate’ the moments of happiness in our lives by orientating our senses to what fulfils us. In that way happiness becomes ephemeral and just as love comes and goes from our lives, so too does happiness.
