Negativity still gets the better of me on any given day, but as author Susan Jeffers states in her self-titled book: “Feel the fear and do it anyway.” Meaning, if we wait for our fears or negative thoughts to dissipate before taking action, we will be waiting a long time. The key is not to silence the negative thoughts but to be mindful of them and not allow them to impose upon your life. All the best!
