Thank you for your comment, I appreciate it! If I may clarify what I think you disagree with, it might be this passage: “The past is an illusion because it does not exist here and now. From your present moment experience, what remains is a faint memory owing to the passage of time.”

What I mean by illusion is that the past is held together by thoughts that no longer exists in the here and now. I am not saying the past did not happen to you, for it most certainly did, however in the present moment, it exists as a memory. So if you continue to invite your memories into your present moment experience, you are not really living life, but recalling it through painful experiences.

My contention with this piece is to process your emotional wounds, heal them and transform them so you needn't carry them around anymore.
