Yes that’s right Erin. Confidence is normally assigned to an outward expression of ego, however confidence is an inner knowing of oneself at the core level. I have come across the most empathetic, courageous and humble CEO’s that are more confident than most people because of their ability to know their strengths and weaknesses.
